The Latin American Regional Section (LARS) of the International Association for Statistical Computing (IASC) organizes every year an annual conference. The 8th Latin American Conference on Statistical Computing (LACSC) will take place in San José, Costa Rica, in July 15 to 19, 2024.

The conference will feature keynote speakers, invited and contributed sessions, and organized streams on specific topics. The Local Organizing Committee is working enthusiastically to make sure LACSC 2024 will be a successful conference and is looking forward to welcoming all of you in Costa Rica.
